Coia & Son Plumbing is based in West Warwick, and serves communities in Kent County (West Warwick, Coventry, Warwick, East Greenwich, West Greenwich) and nearby areas (Cranston and North Kingstown). Although we will serve areas outside those communities listed, there will be a trip charge based on distance.

In many cases, we offer same-day or next-day service for small jobs.

For many common, basic plumbing jobs, we provide upfront, job-based pricing for transparency and fairness. (see our Services page).

Jobs that are a bit more complex will be assessed, and a recommendation with estimated price will be given before any work begins.

Some jobs require diagnosis to locate the problem, which will incur a diagnostic charge. Once the issue is determined, a recommendation with estimated priced will be given before any work begins.

For smaller jobs, some of the prices are listed on our website on the Services page. Other small jobs may be able to be estimated remotely, for free, through customer-provided photos or videos. Otherwise, a site visit will incur a minimum trip charge, which will be waived if the client has us do the work.

Yes, we stand behind our repairs and installations and offer a one-year guarantee on workmanship. Additionally, manufacturers may offer a longer warranty on their products such as garbage disposals and water heaters.

We also spot potential trouble areas in your plumbing so they can be fixed before they become more serious. Also, we can handle multiple smaller repairs in a single visit, saving you time and money.

Unlike big plumbing companies, we specialize in smaller jobs; offer personal service from the owner; and respond quickly to local homeowners.

Also, being a small business, our expenses our lower than a big company that has to charge more money to pay for its overhead.
